Financial incentives for startups and spin-off companies to develop artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and robotic process automation (RPA) products and solutions.

Key information for applicants:

  • Submission of applications is 31 July 2026
  • The maximum financing amount is from 40 000 to 100 000 Eur.
  • The budget is 3 000 000 Eur.
  • Support intensity up to 90%
  • Possible applicants startups and spin-offs operating for no more than five years.
  • Partners not available.

Possible applicants and partners:

Applicants must meet the following key eligibility requirements:

* The company must be registered in the Capital Region of Lithuania (Vilnius Region).
* The company must have been operating for at least 2 years but have been registered no more than 5 years before the application submission date.
* The company’s sales revenue in 2025 must be at least EUR 20,000.
* At least 51% of the company’s sales revenue must be generated from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) activities.
* The company must not be classified as an undertaking in difficulty.

Partnerships are not allowed under this funding programme.

Funded activities and eligible costs:

Eligible Activities

The funding supports the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) products and solutions.

The product developed under the project must be intended for the market and suitable for use by multiple customers. Solutions designed exclusively for automating the applicant’s internal business processes are not eligible for funding.

Eligible Costs

  • Equipment, Software and Licences

* Rental costs of equipment, software and licences.

  • Project Implementation (Services and Personnel)

* Salaries of project staff and mandatory employer-related employment costs.
* Holiday pay expenses.
* Procurement of external services required for project implementation (up to 15% of the total eligible project budget).

Additional Project Requirements

* Projects will be selected through a competitive evaluation process.
* Additional points are awarded to projects that:

* use High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure and/or Big Data;
* demonstrate previous experience in developing and commercialising AI products;
* develop solutions that are new to the market or globally innovative;
* contribute a higher share of the project budget from the applicant’s own funds;
* develop solutions in one or more of the following fields:

* Machine Learning (ML);
* Computer Vision;
* Natural Language Processing (NLP);
* Intelligent Robotics and Automation;
* Digital Twins.
